The brains of the brand, (Stephen Velarde) has been in the food service industry for more than 40 years. Stephen proudly fed our Troops stationed overseas from 2015 to 2019. After returning to the states to "monkey around," the time began to restart his business journey. Specializing in food service and catering, he is known well beyond our far from small local network in Central New York. Sadly though, in 2023 Stephen's father passed away, inspiring him to take his business career to the next level once again. Our company takes pride in sourcing fresh, local ingredients to create a customized menu fitting our clients preferences and dietary needs. We are no doubt a go-to choice for all types of gatherings; whether that may be weddings, corporate events, even backyard BBQ's. Stephen dedicates his hard work to his beautiful daughter, grandchildren, and entire family.
